Insurance Claim Assistance

Wind and storm damage is usually covered under insurance. If you’re planning on filing a claim, PACE Home Solutions can help you through the claims process and in completing all storm damage repairs.  You can even use your own contractor.

In regards to your deductible, many of you may have just learned your deductible is thousands of dollars. While your deductible can never be waived, by you helping with parts of the cleanup efforts and rebuild, you can 100% rightfully absorb some or all of the costs of your deductible, essentially ending up with you getting your home made fully whole without it costing you anything.  We are here to help you through this process.

Roof Tarping & Re-Tarping

If your roof has damage like many do following a bad storm, you need a tarp. Our tarps are large enough to cover almost any roof with a single tarp, removing the need to piece together enough tarps to cover your roof. Most homes were tarped with multiple smaller units, using tacks instead of furring strips and often need to be re-tarped. Even if you have already paid to have your roof tarped, we can re-tarp it properly, get you reimbursed for the initial tarping AND do this at no cost to you.

Water Damage & Reconstruction

After a hurricane or flood, we can provide complete water damage restoration, including water removal, drying, dehumidification and mold remediation. We also have specialized training and equipment to quickly and safely cleanup sewage.

Storm damage caused by a powerful hurricane can be so severe that the property might be damaged beyond repair. In situations like these, specialized skills are required to successfully restore the property. We take care to match building materials, design and finishes to the rest of the structure.

Electrical

Electricity is an emergency service and again, is covered under your insurance policy. Did you lose the mast to your home? Did the power company restore to your block, but not to your home? Unfortunately, that’s the job of the homeowner. Due to the necessity of electricity and in most cases, air conditioning or heat, these fall under emergency services and can be remediated without a single dollar out of your pocket.
